By requesting service, the Customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle, property, or lock system being serviced, or that they have full authorization from the lawful owner to request locksmith services.
The Customer authorizes OpenAll Locksmith LLC to perform the requested locksmith services and acknowledges that:
Valid government-issued identification may be required before service begins.
Proof of ownership or authorization may be required.
Service may be refused if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
OpenAll Locksmith LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted in bad faith after completed authorized services may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Automotive Key Programming and All-Keys-Lost Services
Automotive locksmith services, especially key programming and all-keys-lost situations, involve vehicle security systems, immobilizers, electronic modules, and manufacturer-specific procedures.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Vehicle compatibility must be confirmed before service begins
Some vehicles may require dealer intervention or additional procedures not identifiable before inspection
Certain vehicles may not support aftermarket or universal keys/remotes
Customer-supplied keys, remotes, smart keys, or hardware are not guaranteed to function or program successfully
Existing vehicle electrical, immobilizer, ignition, ECU, BCM, FEM, CAS, or security-system issues may prevent successful completion of service
Some vehicles may require additional diagnostics, EEPROM procedures, module replacement, or advanced programming procedures
OpenAll Locksmith LLC does not guarantee successful programming where vehicle conditions, security systems, manufacturer restrictions, aftermarket hardware limitations, or pre-existing issues prevent completion.
5. Risk of Damage
Locksmith services, particularly lockout, key extraction, drilling, ignition, smart lock installation, and all-keys-lost services, involve inherent risks to locks, doors, ignitions, trim panels, glass, electronic modules, and surrounding hardware.
While OpenAll Locksmith LLC uses professional methods and reasonable care to minimize damage, the Customer acknowledges that minor cosmetic damage, scratches, scuffs, wear, or incidental damage may occur during the normal performance of locksmith services.

Worn or defective locks/components
Manufacturer defects
